Although the team's offices have changed we will still be seeing clients at our old base of Campion Place, Elm Grove. In line with city wide changes to mental health we plan to move again to St. Mary's Community Campus by Summer/Autumn 2012.

Save the Date: New Years Party

As a change of pace from the usual annual Headspace Christmas party, Friends of Headspace have decided on a New Years party this year. They recognised that many of our students will be out of town over the Xmas period, that people can have lots of family commitments, and that the weeks after the festive celebrations are over can be difficult.

Therefore we warmly invite you all to join us in celebrating the turning of a new year on Wednesday 11th January 2012 at The Slug and Lettuce, Southsea. We will be providing a buffet, but please bring some money for your own drinks. Headspace service users, their family and close friends are invited. Please contact your keyworker to RSVP and for more details.

Want to get in control of your weight? Our weight management group starts on Wednesday 26/10/11 and runs weekly until 21/12/11 at John Pounds Centre. Call Leah at Headspace to book on the course.

World Mental Health Day - Football Tournament

It's all going on this year for World Mental Health Day. As well as the week-long series of events here in Portsmouth we're also gearing up for Imagine Your Goals second ever football tournament, this time it's 11-a-side, in Southampton on 10th October.

Rumour has it, we might even have a special guest from Portsmouth Football Club as our assistant manager...

It's not too late to get involved. IYG practice Mondays 3pm-4pm at Mountbatten Centre and Thursdays 1pm-2pm at Goals (by Portsmouth College.) Come on by!
